At IDEF 2025, Meteksan Defense presented its latest radar systems designed to address evolving threats across multiple domains. In this exclusive interview, Levent Budunoglu, Business Development Manager, introduces three key technologies shaping the company’s strategic radar offering. The Retinar GSR provides long-range ground surveillance with the ability to detect slow-moving targets like crawling humans up to 12 km away. The KAPAN Counter Drone System offers integrated drone detection and neutralization with radar, EO/IR sensors, and RF jamming, already deployed to protect military bases. MILSAR, a compact SAR/MTI radar, enables all-weather airborne ISR missions on drones and fixed-wing platforms, including Bayraktar TB2 and ANKA.
These systems reflect a modular and operationally focused approach to modern defense needs, from border monitoring to aerial surveillance and counter-UAV operations. Meteksan aims to offer scalable and NATO-compatible solutions that can adapt to the complexity of today’s battlefield.
Watch now to discover how Meteksan translates operational challenges into radar-driven capabilities.
