French Army Unveils Ford Ranger FPV Swarm Drone Launcher at Bastille Day Military Parade 2026 Paris

The French Army unveiled its new Ford Ranger-based FPV attack drone launch vehicle during the Bastille Day 2026 military parade in Paris. Operated by the 1er Régiment d’Infanterie de Marine (1er RIMa), each vehicle carries two rear-mounted launch containers with a total of 20 FPV attack drones, capable of conducting individual precision strikes or coordinated swarm attacks.

A platoon of six launch vehicles can deploy up to 120 FPV drones, complementing the regiment’s EBRC Jaguar and AMX-10RC reconnaissance vehicles and significantly enhancing its battlefield strike capability.
