On Day 3 of Indo Defence 2025, the Indonesian armed forces conducted a full-scale dynamic demonstration simulating a coordinated hostage rescue operation. The tactical sequence featured a 4×4 armored vehicle, a locally developed Sprint electric motorcycle designed for silent operations, and a drone.
Prior to the demonstration, several systems were displayed individually, including the AARTOS X9 counter-drone vehicle developed by Aaronia and J-Forces, capable of detecting and locating hostile drones in real-time conditions.
In the outdoor exhibition area, additional platforms were presented statically, such as the fully electric PANDU MV3 Tactical EV, the tracked HARIMAU APC, the Vela platform, and two armored vehicles bearing United Nations markings, reflecting Indonesia’s participation in peacekeeping missions.
A comprehensive look at the technological developments and strategic capabilities of the Indonesian defense industry, available in this exclusive video.
