According to information published by the Russian Ministry of Defense on December 13, 2022, the Russian army has deployed for the first time in Ukraine, the TOR-M2DT air defense missile system based on the DT-30PM tracked all-terrain vehicle. The new air defense system was specially designed to be used in the Arctic region.
