France Tests New X-Fire Rocket System to End U.S HIMARS Dependence

France has successfully tested the new Thales X-Fire long-range rocket artillery system. Designed to reduce dependence on U.S. HIMARS, the system aims to provide the French Army with a sovereign deep-strike capability exceeding 150 km while supporting rapid shoot-and-scoot operations for high-intensity warfare.
